For New LTE networks ALU or Huawei

Hello friends, we are currently evaluating 2 vendors for new fixed wireless data only with PCRF. These are Alcatel-Lucent and Huawei. So far I've found ALU to have far less internal network features compared to Huawei, both in EUTRAN and EPC.

To my understanding, most of these features may not be needed to have a reasonable, good quality LTE network.

I was wondering if one has to draw a line to choose one of these vendors, which one would some of the more experience guys with LTE networks would recommend.

Another key thing I found is that HSS and SPR are supposed to be together but in ALU the SPR is built into the PCRF. ALU heavily encourages the use of PCRF which isn't a bad idea.
