"FailCellUpdt.RLFail.NoReply" after F2D CellUpdate Overlap Feature Activation

Hi experts,

Your kindly help with next detail problem:
Vendor: Hw
Release: 15
Feat: F2D CellUpdate Overlap

After feature activation, we got big improvement in PS Access Failure, around 50% of decrease. After this activation, next counter increase a lot:

- VS.RAB.AbnormRel.PS.RF.UuNoReply
- VS.FailRBRecfg.NoReply
- VS.FailCellUpdt.RLFail.NoReply
- VS.IUB.FailRLSetup.NoReply

I already check cell by cell, and fails increase for all cells in same quantity. Also I checked CPU in RNC and NodeB Level, but no impact.

Can you help me, if there are another extra optimization that I need to execute, or what is the reason of this increase.
