Dear experts,
Do you have an idea about the equivalent parameter of e******* timer "tcellchange" in Huawei RNC ?
Description:
It’s a timer that denotes the time in seconds RNC waits for IU Release commands from SGSN for successful Cell Change.
After Cell Change is ordered from UTRAN, there are 2 cases for stopping tCellChange Timer. If tCellChange timer expires, RNC will send RANAP IU Release Request to SGSN Network and result in a drop call.
