How settup TI 9 ***** for win7

Anyway, some driving test software of me is run with win 7. But, My customer network operator appent to TI9 for 2G driving test at some province!
Can help me for it!. Need TI9 ***** can run good with win 7.

We can NOT set up TI9 with win7, I used to try some times but also fail .
