3g resource Utilization

Hi all,
Does anyone have a document to describe the resource utilizations for a E******* 3g network?
I already have the ChannelElement Utilization formula, but how about Power and Code Utilization formulas?

Hi Shahram,
its easily available if you use RBS counters. but exact calculation would require manipulation based on NW settings.
lets me know if any help is needed.
