Missing 4G neighbor information in Probe or Assistant

Dear mates
Kindly inform how to know the missing neighbours in LTE for Probe and Assistant. I am able to see the neighbours that are defined but not that are missing. Facing interference patches in DT which I believe due to missing neighbors as they are not appearing in PCI plot (i.e not active) but being neighbors do contribute to interference.

You can use event A3 in the Assistant, if appears a lot of event A3 near to one site, this information is due to lack of neighbours.
