You may use pmTotNoRrcConnectUeCapability counter to understand penetration of MIMO support Ue in your network.

Good idea, I will check still if any major vendor or smart phone is known? it would be great, guide me at least to search how I can confirm particular Ue capability w.r.t MIMO

The only way to get core trace and based on TAC number and Ue model map them with their capability .
