Hello,
I've read somewhere (i can't remember where) that you need relatively high bit rate at the ul to have high bit rate on the downlink to be able to acknowledge the downlink, it seems logic but isn't the ack/nack are sent on HS-DPCCH in case of hsdpa/hsupa and dpcch in case of R99, both of these control channels are transmitted all the time so what the bit rate has to do?
What I'm missing?
