1. How the selection is done between GPRS and EGPRS ? (In my issue phone is GPRS mode even though the cell support EGPRS)
2. Huawei Parameters related enhance 2G data throughput?

there are few things you need to look into,
Ue capability,Is cell configured with EGPRS? & do you have enough transmission slots?Bad C/I ?
