I have 14.02 and 16.1.x Tems investigation dongle , My computer not enouf usb p. for drivetest equip. and dongle, I want to generate reg+lic file and I dont want to use dogle , İf its possible someone please tell me which tool can be generated reg file and what is the procedure ... I can give rep.. or I can give you actix lic gen...

You want to Create a emulator just because you don't have enough USB p Power:p.As I know its not an easy Task you need to Use USB Tracer & find the Q/A request of the USB key.Try contacting HP3/TEMS or GEZA they may help you.
