What Do I Do When CME can't Proceed to Next Step After I Select a Valid License File

Dears,

MY CME don't responed either with valid or unvalid when I browse to select licesne file
I found in Guide file below information:

Cause of problem: The vcredist.msi is not installed correctly

Troubleshooting: Find the scripts\vcredist.msi file in the folder decompressed from the CME standalone install package,
double click the vcredist.msi file and install it. Then restart the standalone CME.
End

I did it but no change at all

Do you have any comment, suggestion?
