TEMS 14.0.2

Hi

I cant run the tems 14.0.2 and i already copy the patches on c:/Programfiles/Ascom/Tems 14.0.2 and i already click the reg.reg tool for the license but still its not working. already install tems 14.0.1 and 14.0.2. Im on windows xp 32 bit. pls help me
