Unbalace of FACH and DCH UE between 2 carriers

Hi all,

I have 2 carriers of the same sector that shows unbalace of FACH and DCH UEs while HSPA UEs is almost the same.

one of these carrier shows FACH congestion.

- RTWP ok (the same)
- ECNO the same
- Parameter check ok (the same setting)

What could be the reason ?

Absolutely right, it was due to reselection parameters that push traffic to congested cell.
