RF Troubleshooting Book

Dear Friends,

I would like to start for writing a book for troubleshooting with Actix/MapInfo or TEMS.
The topics will be consist of the cases. I have two questions regarding on this:

1. Will such kind of book be interesting for the RF engineers or no need to start for that :) ?
2. Should I get permission from the mentioned companies (Actix/TEMS etc...) to use these tools on the book?

2) No of course, Knowledge is free
unless you are speaking about printed book that will be published in libraries !
