Hi guys,
Please share the inter and intra layers IDLE and Connected mode (load sharing and handover) strategies you have seen in the projects/operators you have worked.
I’m looking for best pratices in loadsharing and handover for 3G multicarrier U2100/U900 and 3G-2G interRAT. Getting a view of different approaches and parametrization settings used for an E******* 3G and 2G NW.
