LTE PCI collision/Confusion and RSI collision

Hi guys,

Can anyone please explain in details the following and how does it impact the network performance as well as whats the best planning method to avoid these issues, how far should the same PCI/RSI needed to be seperated to prevent from collision case, is there any rules like minimum seperation distance?

1. PCI collision
2. PCI confusion
3. RSI collision
