VIDEO CALL with phones sony e******* W995

Please help me.
I have 2 phones sony e******* W995, I need to make a video call beetwen these 2 phones connected on 3G network.
But video call making give a back message "video call failed".
What must I set in the phones in order to make video call possible?
Help me.

Lock your terminating phone on 3g also maybe your terminating is on 2g network.

the video calls need to be enabled for each SIM.Just call operator customer service and ask them to activate VC for both SIM cards
