hey guys its my first time on here. i purchased 2 mtp300 for a good deal. i would love to use them but come to learn they are programmed with an obscure rib that uses both the lpt and com port at the same time (FLN2605). i was thinking about trying one of those ribless cables but some have tried before me and failed. maybe a regular rln4008 will suffice? i have the correct cps from 2001 for the radio. i can hardly find any info on this radio and would appreciate if anyone can share methods used to program one if they were successful.
