Dear Experts


I am trying to Connect Huawei datacard E3276 with Huawei Probe v3.6 but probe couldn't detect it.

Hisi UE Agent is an small application from Huawei in short Hisi Agent running on the PC over Transmission Control Protocol and drive testing software interacts with UE through Hisi Agent.

Hi dear expert


i have found this ( Hisi UE Agent 2.4.0(Polaris V100R001B222) on internet and i have installed it.

but it didn't show the device

You need an accurate Hisi UE Agent version and also a UE License.

for hisi
if old lic is useing agent 2.1.x
if new lic is useing agent 7.1.x
if low version of E5776(copy) is useing agent 3.0.x
if polaris is useing agent 2.4.x

----
so why probe 3.6 can't connect your hisi
coz your his is old lic ,you need update your lic or you need use probe 3.5
