Tems Investigation 15.2.2 problem

I have installed TEMS 15.2.2 and i copied the patch files but when i lunch it it show me

what is TEMS mediator

please help me what i should have done or what i should do.

Only patch is not enough if you have emul first install it and then copy patch files to TEMS application folder if you don't have dongle, soft license, GLS, or dongle then do not waste your time.
