Because I can't run that tool? I don't know what is file Interop.Excel

I didn't use it before but I got Interop.Excel from forum long time ago
and didn't use

I have, but i don't know how to do. EX: I have to coppy Interop.Excel file from A to B to can run above tool.
Who has used, Please guide me.
