Browsing not possible in 3G

Dear All,

Since few weeks now, we have noticed that sometimes it is almost not possible to browse on internet while at the same time file download is happening without any issue (e.g torrent).
We are using NSN RNC on RU40 and there is no failure on the BTS.

Can anyone assist to find the root cause of this issue?

for problematic sites please check UL load /RTWB ? also try to have charts showing simult HSDPA users VS data volume and let us know the update

I have observed similar issue in all vendors...

Initially after the data session establishment...the traffic will surprise us with its peak ( 14 Mbps) then within seconds it will drop down to 50 kbps...then it will not raise again...many pointed out my pc...but I ahve tried different laptop/modems etc...the experience is same...


Sometimes I have observed that it happens for a particular RNC...

have you guys gone through such experience...

How to troubleshoot and optimize such issue...
