You are right my friend, i confirm that is the same issue for me, i will try to download for the second time from Forsk site and i will check since there is no size seen for the archive during the download, i guess that the archives was corrupted since i have made multiples download stuff at the same time and my internet connection is limited 512kb.
The correct archives will be uploaded sooner

I downloaded both files 32-bit and 64-bit several times but I have problems on the zip file.
I tried to open them with WinZip 17.5 but I always error.
Please check files.
