"Hardware dongle error " message

Hi everyone
Could you pls solve me this problem with my license Actix ?
My OS is Win XP
1. When I installed Actix ver 2011, it's working fine
2. With version 2012 or actix 5 2014, it only worked fine with Win 7 . And with WinXP, the message " Hardware dongle error " appear
Any suggestions ? Many tks for your support

@ Bluep please use a proper license file it will work in XP.

If you have an official license/dongle then most likely your drivers aren't properly configured in Windows XP.
