LTE accounts for 30% of Huawei Colombia's revs in 2013
4G technology accounted for nearly 30 percent of Huawei's overall business in Colombia in 2013, Comunidad Ola reports, citing Huawei Colombia solutions and marketing VP Ivan Herrera. The executive said that Huawei generated revenues of USD 480 million last year. According to Herrera, Huawei has a market share of nearly 70 percent in the local 4G LTE infrastructure business. The Chinese firm has deployed LTE infrastructure for five operators in Colombia, he added.
