Hi Experts,
I have a relocation issue on huawei network.
SRNC proceeds with Relocation Required. CN proceeds with relocation preparation with the target RNC.
This operation is successful.
CN confirms to the SRNC (Relocation command) that relocation preparation with the DRNC was successful.
At this moment exactly, the SRNC, instead of sending Reloc Commit on IUR, sends Relocation Cancel to the CN.
The cause is : IU Transport couldn't be established.
This is taken from IU probing. I can't see anything more interesting from the counters.
What I dont understand is why the SRNC would need to setup IU resources, while he is suppose to release all resources allocated.
