I meant to delete the PC ID file because I am sure many of you already have a similar program and it was causing me issues. I will re-upload the archive without that file tonight and post a new link.

Hi, all I am running WIN 7 x64. and the emulator is running fine.
but the emulator is locked with the ID : E626802EBCD1BFE942A487CDF48858E14280
so TEMS is getting an error License check failed.

this is a complete installer of the mentioned version and w/o m.e.d. the previous posts' vusbsrm.sys seems hving issue with WIN7 X64.

Used dseo13b.exe to overcome the signature, only realized that :

the file keys' s registry info relates to a hardware ID.

My question here is: with a real valid dongle, could it be switched frm one PC to another to RUN T.I.16.1 without problem? Could this be fedback by real users? THanks in advance

Of course If you have a dongle the license is located in the dongle. So it can be used on any pc(not virtual).

there are dongles which need to generate a c2v file on one PC and sent out to the license provider, then a relative v2c file generated for valid license to be loaded to that same PC. in this case, the dongle could not be used by other PCs.

According to your feedback, there could be an issue when generatin the emul.

I have applied the MED 'TDD10' to my Win 7 64bit - Ultimate 'REBUILT' PC as provided by yourself, however as my installed 'TEMSDiscoveryDevice 10.0.0.7'
starts up, the splash screen seen below remains fixed/stuck and fails to progress any further into the actual application as other user have reported. Maybe the
'.REG' file is incorrect
