WB AMR in NSN

Hi Guru's,
What are the supported WB-AMR codecs in NSN RNC?
I understand we are only capable to equip WB-AMR 12.65. Do we allow support for other higher codec as below specified by 3GPP.
Do we know what kind of call type requires higher codec like WB-AMR15.85 & 23.85?
I understand from a E// document that this codec would be used for multi-party conferencing. Is that true?
If we dont define, example 15.85 codec how the call could continue. Is it core network that manage this?
