TEMS Pocket 14.2

I am trying to share all my software installers in the hopes that people will add rep. I have been on this site for months now and still cannot download anything.

I would like to share the software I have (TEMS Pocket, Investigation, Actix, QXDM packages, etc.) but the attachment uploader isn't working either. How in the world is anyone supposed to make use of this forum if the tools to earn rep don't function?
