I've not long acquired 'Actix Radioplan 6.0, as you can visualise its quite an important application for GERAN / UTRAN / eUTRAN LTE planning. However, ive run into
a slight hiccup during installation, this vital application requires a 'MARX Dongle', or some similar MARX emulator for the successful activation of 'Actix Radioplan 6.0.
Application Error: 'License Error 0x1011: No MARX Hardware Attached'
