I need help in Huawei BSC6680

please experts

i work in huawei BSC6680 V3R8 and i need to read log files of boards and run log files of BTS.
also, i want to know how to analyze the log files and find failures.
one more thing i need error codes list and how to process each code.

i will appreciate any help

board logs are stored in F:/cdma2000/M2000/backup/famfiles/
BTS logs are stored in D:/Airbridge/Services/BTSLogs/
