Sepura TETRA Radios for HAM

Hello!

I want to use a Spura TETRA Radio for HAM. (better old models, cause I have no Radiomanager :-( )
Is ist possible, to expand the Frequency up to 440MHz?
With my ******** MTH800 it´s easy, but Sepura?
