Hi, collegues. Need a little consultation with resourse groups and 6+cells config for R15 equipment HUA. I have BDS3900 with 2pcs WBBP, 1 resourse group UL (2 chan demod mode) and 1 DL group. Both of WBBP are inside this group. I can't add new (7th) LOCELL to NodeB because of error "RETCODE = 1745023114 Max 6 Locell in DEM_2_CHAN(2-Channels Demodulation Mode) mode uplink baseband equipment". How add additional carriers, should I to create new carrier group? Any examples?

By the way, anybody know logical structure of NodeB in R15? What sector equipment ID is? how to create it? internal numeration of antennas?

All of Huawei's WBBP boards can currently only support a maximum of 6 cells, therefore you will have to remove one of the boards from the resource group and add it to a new resource group. You will then assign the new cells to this board/resource group. Depending on the amount of traffic, you may want to consider adding an additional WBBP board to be used for the 3rd layer cells, whilst maintaining the first 2 layers in their current resource group with 2 WBBPs. CE congestion will have a negative impact on your network performance and customer experience.

I created new UL group with index 1 and add one of the WBBP boards. Then created new sector eq and locell

ADD ULOCELL: ULOCELLID=17226298,LOCELLTYPE=NORMAL_CELL,ULBASEBANDEQMID=1,SECTOREQMNUM=1,SECTOREQMID1=6,TTW=FALSE,ULFREQ=9886,DLFREQ=10836,MAXPWR=430,DLRESMODE=INEBOARD,HISPM=FALSE,RMTCM=FALSE,VAM=FALSE,DL64QAM=TRUE;
