can anyone please share the NSN - Network performance manager documents.
this is the new software that is going to replace Global Reporter.

yes for all technologies.
After OSS5.4 no more global reporter (OSS5.4 last compatible version).
OSS5.5 and newer version, like netact 8, need NPM
