MTP 850 software upgrade

I have MTP850 with software version R13.000.7893.
I also have software image R130008138.z19.

What version of CPS I need to flash this software into radio? My CPS Plus R1.0.2 PMVN4204A can read and write codeplug, but can't open this software image with error: "CPS only support software released from MR5.9 to MR.12, MR10.x).
