Computer is dumped when running Tems 13.1

Hi everybody!

I meet a issue:
When I run Tems 13.0 or 13.1 (with hard key, not emulator key), my computer is dumped.
May anyone help me to overcome it?

what your laptop spec be sufficient system requirement of tems 13?

Restore before installation and install again Tems 13.1
Check the port you connect the USB.
Uninstall and reinstall usb drivers .
Last one is a fresh format.

Let me ask just one question before I can give you any idea of what's happening to you:

Are you able to run TEMS for a little bit and then you get the dump on your computer? Or is it as soon as you try to open TEMS?

Thank you. My computer dump as soon as you try to open TEMS.
I re-install many times but it stills happen.
