Instructions:

Tetra programmer passwords and start up

When installing the programmer;

1. Ensure that any existing Sepura Tetra programmer is removed before proceeding to install any new TETRA programmer. (Note this is no longer necessary from v4. – the install process allows you to choose an installation directory.)

2. When asked for a password enter: - New1User - exactly as written and it is case sensitive.

3. Serial number can be any number. (suggestion: use the programmer version number and your own name)

4. Start programmer

5. Running the program for the first time you will be asked for a user name and password.

User name = root

Password = Add06Wes

Again they are case sensitive

6. Set the highest COM port speed that your PC supports (ok if R is
displayed)

7. after close program, will ask for new user name and password to be setup.

I'd like to download a Radio Manager 2. Does anyone know where to get this??

Serial Manager comes within the hwid your computer and is unique, can not be used with any other that does not work.
You can download it - hopefully, but only work with specific code generated by Sepura factory to your personal computer.

Then we are doomed. We got about 15 srh3500 for our tactical force but no program or programming cable. I managed to get a programming cable but we still don't have the program. The radios were bought by another force and given to us, however they kept the cables and programs for themselves and now the contract is over. Things that happen only in Brazil. We have these radios but half of them just can't be used. For these radios I think Radio Manager 1 would work too but I couldn't find it either. Didn't know about the hwid. We've tried about everything, really don't know what to do anymore...

Hi!

Sepura sells the Radio Manager 2 in a LITE Version for about 1000 Euro. For some HRT too expensive. Search for a dealer, who can programm the radios. It´s the easiest way for you.

You need Sepura Manager 1.8 or newer + regarding to Sepura software matrix, STP9000 series support starts from V10.8-001 software release.
V10.11-001 sofrwer relase works fine (tested with STP-9000).

Hi! The HAM frequency range starts at 430MHz. There is no overlap with the TW-Version. For the SRG3900 is the UW Version (407-473MHz) aviable,but this MRT is too expensive. Mostly, the DMO Repeaters woks on 430,375MHz or 430,075MHz. So, a TG Version is the best choice at the moment...

Hi, I have a 3500, normally it covers 380-430. I have try to program it with software version 6.3.3, but I can't use full space , it lets me to program from 380 to 400 or from 400 to 430. Does anyone know why that happens ?
