Is there a way to detect event 4b/4a from DT Logs through layer2/3 messages

you can detect this type of event logs from Arieso GEO solutions.

Hi,

You can do only for UL events, because downlink events are generated in RNC. But even for UL you'll probably seen only for R99 traffic, because Huawei and NSN are using UL thoughput measurement for HSUPA - no 4a/b events will be configured in Cell_DCH mode. (Cell_FACH will still use those)
