Dear Expert,

Im new in ZTE Equipment.
I have VIP site with Low UL throughput even the RF conditions are good (RSCP=-73 , EcNo= -9.
Please help me to find a solution for this issue

Which UL throughput did he get?
Is HSUPA activated?

it is around some Kbps even the HSUPA is actvated and also the 2TT

The VIP has device enabling HSUPA?
What about RTWP level on the site covering the VIP?

Yes it Supprts HSUPA we found very high packet loss. I 'am checking the transmission link
