Suppose i want to plan single band(S222) and dual band(S222+S444) to city area to support 1 million subscriber. So anyone can say me how to calculate the no of single band and site band need to support 1 million subscriber. I prefer 90% site should be dual band. So any calculation can anyone teach me please.

not 1 million in 1 area ,it should be whole your city?

use planning tool like atoll

If it is the case of 2G network, the solution is the following:
In 2G the average traffic per subscriber is 25mE. so for your entire network you will get 25000E in BH. so if we make a simple calculation using ErlangB macros with 0.02 of GOS you will need 24546 channels.
if you accept a rate of 40% of half rate traffic, then the total number of Full rate channels is 19637 (we devide the total channels by 1.25). then as you said, 90% of sites should be dual band, so you will need 17673 channels for dual band site and the remaining 1964 for single band.
in normal conditions, one single band site with 222 config has 3*14=42 channels and one dual band site with 222+444 config has 3*45=135 channels. so by doing a simple calculation we will get
17673/135= 131 dual band sites.
1694/42= 47 single band sites.

Hi;;

I'm sorry, I can't help you since I don't have yet LTE experience.
