Your document is from RNC3820 Alex, so please check RBS Alex docs.
Attached is RBS6601 Power consumption doc, alaso froM Alex.

Yes it is a document from alex, but there is no a similar doc or guide to do dimensioning on the RBS side for Hardware (DUW, Boards, CE).
