HiSi UE Agent - problem with UE detection

Hi,
I have a problem with HiSi UE Agent. I have Huawei E3276 dongle and I want do connect it with HiSi UE Agent, but HiSi UE Agent has some problems with making contact with UE.
I tried different versions of HiSi UE Agent: 2.0.1, 2.1.0 and 2.2.0 - this versions does not see UE. Only HiSi UE Agent 3.0.1 sees it but there is a problem with connection - Invalid Authorized.
What do I need to do to connect UE and HiSi UE Agent?

which software your are using tems or nemo ? when its connect to tems its show different port then device manager

Hi,
I am using XCAL drive test equipment. I cannot check ports in XCAL. XCAL contacts with UEs by HiSI UE Agent.
When I connect XCAL to UE via HiSI UE Agent, XCAL works OK about 10 seconds and then shows error message that UE does not send any data or information and disconnects from UE.
I forgot to write about open ports. Huawei E3276 has COM ports opened:
3G Application Interface,
3G GPS Interface,
Application Interface,
Bluetooth Interface,
GPS Interface,
PC UI Interface.
I checked that HiSI UE Agent connects with Huawei e3276 via GPS Interface
UE is connected to HiSi UE
Client is disconnected due to Invalid Authorized status

Maybe there is some AT command which is needed?

wrong port open its shoud open 3 port as i tested with tems and nemo i not try with xcal. i thing its default port you mention there . need to change firmware to change ports

Which ports should be open?
I tested few times more my issue and I observed that UE connects with HiSI UE Agent by 3 ports randomly (PC UE, GPS or Application Interface). In every case there is problem with authorization in HiSi UE Agent.
I can close and open ports by AT Commands without firmware modification.
Which version of HiSi UE Agent did you test? Which model of UE do you use?
