Hi experts,

I want to divide sites in a certain BSC to optimize by cluster basis. Can any one advice me to make the clusters within the BSC area ?

I think better is follow the province of the city.

If you have good view about the terrain and traffic of this city, u can make cluster easy to drive, preventing the road you have to go 2 or 3 time.
