Handover Parameter Threshold

Handover decision is based on the following parameters

• Received signal quality
• Received signal strength
• Distance of MS from BTS
• Drops below power budget margin
• Interference

So What are the Threshold for this above parameter of Huawei System for good Handover can anyone explain me.

the parameters are as following:
-Received signal quality: BQ HO Margin, UL/DL Quality Threshold
Received signal strength: Edge HO W/V, Edge HO UL/DL Rx_lev Threshold
Distance of MS from BTS: TA W/V and TA Threshold
Drops below power budget margin : what you mean by "Drops below Power"??
Interference : RxLevOff, and RxQualn
