Hi everybody,
First of all I want to announce that this is my first post :) . I'm doing some research about Huawei APN/Radius configuration but I can't find much information about it on the web. I have a UGW9811 device acting as a GGSN and I want to see how it behaves regarding the IP assignment to the UE/MS: if it assigns it's own IP address pool, if it request a Radius to do it, both of them... Does anybody have a guide or simething that could help me for this? More precisely the commands I'll like to understand are the following ones:
Under apn [apn name]
address-allocate ipv4 local radius-prior disable ipv6 local radius-prior disable
address-allocate-preference enable
static-ip hlr-hss-provided enable conflict ignore route disable
address-pool internet.testing
multiple-service-mode radius
radius-disconnect enable
radius acctctrl accounting-update enable
Analysing a little bit the conf it seems the ggsn is using the internet.testing pool but since I'm not very experienced about this I wanted to be sure.
Can anybody give me some help?
