Reselection from 2G to 3G problem

In one network high end smartphones like Iphone 5, Galaxy S4, S5, Nexus 5 etc are not reselecting from 2G network to 3G network automatically unless setting is changed to 3G only. Other smartphones however are easily reselecting from 2G to 3G. I think this means reselection parameters are ok in 2G side. What could be the possible reason for this?
2G network is ZTE, 3G is Huawei

We are also ZTE equipment , and also have IPhone and Samsun, both of the phones are reselect to 3G auto.But here is the 2G and 3G both ZTE, so does there have any reselect parameters or neighbors can be setting?
And do you try to choose the Iphone which get problem on other operator's network ?
