Dear Experts, I have a big problem, I need your help.... I have an E// Network with HSDPA and H+, but it result that when a try to test internet net speed in idle mode the throughput is really really bad (0.07mbps)... But if I make a call and do the test while I keep the call, the internet speed reaches maximum speed allowed in my case is 1Mbps.... if a try again in idle mode the througput is bad again... any idea??? a parameter or configuration to try??? Please your support!!!
