My version is V900R014ENGC00SPC500. Are you sure yours is V100 and not V900?
Could you check running LST VER in weblmt?

thanks for this....but this wasn't what i was looking for.. What i'm looking for is BSC6900 BAM V900R014C00SPC500. This is available for RAN15 here in forum but i need for RAN14

i dont have offline weblmt but have you tried compatibility version in IE? I use Weblmt in compatibility setting in IE9 and it works fine.
