Dears,
in my network was implemented MOCN LTE (2 operators broadcasted in a cell, but different COREs) but in some cells we observe E-RAB low establishment succes rate (even zero) at one of two operator.
HW is Huawei.
Problem concerns E-RAB wit QCI 7, E-RABs with other QCI are OK.
for example
L.E-RAB.AttEst.PLMN.QCI.7 (1526727865) = 10000 (per cell) but
L.E-RAB.SuccEst.PLMN.QCI.7 (1526727866) = 0, so CSSR is highly degraded.
There are some cells where establishment succes rate (QCI 7) is OK, but they are in minority.
At second operator there is no attemps for QCI 7- L.E-RAB.AttEst.PLMN.QCI.7 (1526727865) = 0, so CSSR is OK.
What can be the reason? which params? CORE?
