When to deploy second carrier in UMTS network

When you have high admission trigger due to lack of DL channelization code and consequently HSDPA Throughput is low !

Hi,

These 2 are the major indicators. But when your carriers are utilized much consequently Power resources usage will be high a swell as number of users in one carrier will be high these 2 are obvious of course. But for DL Code except adding more carrier to expand code tree there is no other solution thus the mentioned criteria are betterGood luck.
